Consulting: Relevant experience providing consulting services for major Army and Marine Corps Programs in Command and Control, Intelligence, and tactical vehicles. 

Operational: Relevant Operational, Logistical and Intelligence experience at Battalion through the Marine Expeditionary Force Level.

POG, llc Consulting: Providing capture services to include teaming to win, color teams and major industry competitive reviews. Subject matter expertise in Operational Concepts specializing in C5ISR and Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations in contested environment. Early-Stage Capture & Go/No-Go decisions, Black Hat Reviews, Defense Requirements Analysis and Translation, Military Operational Context, Concepts of Operations & Employment 

Defense Contracting: Director for Marine Corps Programs with a major defense contractor. Demonstrated experience and a pattern of success and proven track record in business development and capture management. Significant capture campaigns executed including the captures of Combat Operations Center (COC) development and full rate production of over 386 COCs delivered; Data Distribution System –Modular (DDS-M) , Network-On-The-Move (NOTM ) and Common Aviation Command and Control Systems (CAC2S).

Marine Corps Career : A career Marine and disabled veteran with over 33 years of service, Colonel Fallon served in infantry, reconnaissance, and intelligence billets. He served in five wars with combat tours from Vietnam to Iraq including tours in Palestine and Central America. He commanded in combat at every level from Recon Team Leader thru Task Force. Stateside, he Commanded, Recruiting Station Houston; Support Battalion, Recruit Training Regiment; Weapons and Field Training Battalion/Edson Range and 1st Battalion,1st Marines. Colonel Fallon retired from the Marine Corps’ Office of Science and Innovation which oversaw the Corps Research and Development budget. He sat as the representative on the TENCAP Program.

Education: Mike holds Masters Degrees from both The American University in Washington, D.C. and the Naval War College in Newport, RI.

Mike and his wife, Sandy, have three adult children.  Mike and Sandy split time between Paradise Valley, Arizona and Buena Vista, Colorado.
